At Noren, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
